Nic is the fountain of all knowledge when it comes to recruitment and projects. Nic’s passion for helping businesses secure top talent that fits the core values of a business, along with her passion for helping individuals find the right job role for them is clear to anyone who talks to her (whether it’s a business conversation or a chat with friends over wine)!
That’s why, as well as overseeing the bigger picture operations of The Search Project, Nic continues to work on “the front line” working with her clients to ensure they continue to grow and develop their project teams.

Has successfully completed the London marathon twice, raising money for Shelter and BEAT.
Recently went skydiving for the first time to raise money for Dementia UK.
Loves adventure and being outdoors, whether it’s skiing, climbing mountains or long beach walks.
Cooks an amazing roast dinner (amongst other things).
Loves renovating old furniture, she loves creating something with purpose from something unloved.
